Just wait for the MSRP everywhere else on the word change without notice.

Seeing as Seasonic has such a good reputation, I would much rather them increase their prices than cut corners. They're one of the only remaining PSU brands that seem to actually care about making good products and work exactly as advertised (if not better). EVGA is the only other one that comes to mind.

I would say FSP. And other manufacturers are still around.
What is bothersome are people crying in the corner about Trump.
And yes, as @tsunami231 wrote, US elections were rigged. When 99% of media support one candidate, it is rigging of election as people get narrative instead of unbiased reports/news. But do not worry, Trump was not their favorite.

I'll just hand out one friendly warning here. Just stop it.

Hilbert, this is going to be a political topic, I'm not even sure who you were referring to there. This is a topic about prices of our gear going up.
So far, the only outcome to tariffs (for the average Joe) is higher prices. American companies are simply raising their own prices to being in line, just short of the tariffed, foreign competition.
It's a bad time to be a consumer. It's all inflated superficially, much like the ego of the brainless leader who envisioned this plan.

You can't blame them for this or any other PC part manufacturer. If the tarrifs eat into their profit margins of course they will raise prices. A lot of the profit margins on PC parts aren't that high anyway so these tarrifs could cause some companies to lose money on each part sold if prices aren't raised.
I don't know if it's still planned but I read Amazon wanted to prevent sellers from raising the prices of products sold on their website and instead force the companies to take the hit.
