I think 1440x1600 as "high resolution" is a bit misleading on Samsung's part, but yes, it's a big improvement over my pixilated HTC Vive (SteamVR) not that I will notice anyway being half blind.

All those cushions look like they're leather, can't be good with comfort in mind.

Will it be limited to Microsoft Store games?

This is very good news. Given the fact it's Samsung, one can expect it to be available all over the world and not just limited to certain countries. If it turns out to be a well worth product, I might just look at picking a pair up for myself.

VR make sense only, if content exist on it. Righ now I don't see reason to get one. I realize it cool stuff. But I will not buy it just for some exotic titles. 😡

They already seem to be working hard to make Windows Mixed Reality compatible with SteamVR.

Supposedly all VR headsets using the Windows Mixed Reality API are also supposed to be compatible with SteamVR from what I read.

I am all up for a better vr headset, the more than come onto the field the better, although i really enjoy the rift, but apart from the games i got free with it i won't be buying any rift store games because i think SteamVr open approach to VR hardware is they way VR will totally go, so i don't want to lock my vr stuff away from that.
