freesync 2 can't come soon enough too many of these fkng cool monitors coming out with narrow refresh ranges and no lfc as a result

Its so easy to edit the freesync range though. I have 30-80hz on my 21:9.

I wish there were monitors with something inbetween 4K and 1440p...like 16XXp or 17XXp, as i would like something above 1440p, but do not care for such a high resolution of 4K on a monitor.

There is if you are not on 16:9. 21:9 has 3840x1600 in the 34-38 inch models. I use it for downsampling as well on my 29 inch 21:9 2560x1080.

Not many of those out there, most 21:9 monitors are 3440x1440 and less. But 3840x1600 isn't inbetween 1440p and 4k, not in the sense i was stating, as it's a different espect ratio. I tried going 21:9, and due to games displaying things oddly with it, as much as i wanted to like it, i just couldn't.
