another one hit outta the ballpark HH
the 1tb is way too pricy and idk how many would opt for a relatively small game drive.
the 2gb is right on the money and is a useful size.
large volume m.2's are usually a reach for me for the heat issues (even tho' i have heat sinks) and price issues.
like HH said some high end users will want theoretical performance, whether or not it's realized.
for myself, i'm a pragmatist so i go for those much less expensive pcie 3.0 M.2 for large volumes...and even those can get toasty to the point of throttling (tho' not in normal use unless you have massive files for work)

Wish there was a way to get Direct Storage comparisons because that's what this drive is about. I guess it needs to get more mainstream still Real solid performance though.

How is this optimized for direct storage it dont look any different then the rest, less i missing something

If you want the sequencials sure but until the direct storage is actually in use ...
