I honestly don't know why anyone wants or even needs more laptop performance using my 4800u+1660ti laptop has me questioning if i should even bother keeping my desktop anymore since i cant even get a gpu that costs less than this entire laptop costs!!! and thats with a 3700x+gtx1080

(i don't like it when companies turn down error logging and call it a fix)
"If I cannot see it, then it does not exist." 😀 I had this too often, too. This 6xxx cpu looks interesting. I am curious about things to come. I postponed my upgrade to Q1/2024, so this tech will be cheap common standard by then.

People are still complaining about bus errors when they run their CPUs outside of AMD's specs?

It will eat up a battery much faster, Intel will...but since we are talking laptops, who cares about that?....;) /s
me. when i went from my MSI Leopard w/ 1070 running 7th gen to a ROG Strix Flare II running 8th with a 2070 the battery life was almost 40% greater (mostly from the 2070 vs 1070, plus a slightly larger battery). now with my current ROG (5900HX + rx6800M) battery life is so much longer i can actually game at an airport.
