Disappointing card. Not far off the 3060ti its replacing.

It's has close to the same performance of a 3060Ti, released 2.5 years ago. Only 8Gb of vram, 128bit bus and a X8 PCIe interface. This is terrible value for a 400$ GPU. Why did Hilbert give this crap a "Recommended" badge?

finally i can play my favourite games at 250fps instead of 150fps

Glad i upgraded my 1070 with a 4070 Ti instead, even though my initial plan was to wait for a 4060. That thing is gonna be even worse than the 4060 Ti, wouldn't have been a worthy upgrade at all.

Lol its slower or equal with 3060ti in Forza 5 Not sure what to say

There are games where the 4060Ti is slower than the 3060Ti. 🙄

I think Hilbert should be more critical about this. He does point out everything but the card surely should not win any recommended badge.

Techpowerup also gave this card a "Highly Recommended" badge. Seriously, wtf is going on?

Me asking the same question. Just buy 2nd hand 6700xt or 3060ti and you got better deal than this card. Unless if you want dlss 3, I guess?

Not only beat but by 12%. This card is WORSE than a 3060ti in MODERN games that stress the memory bus. ITS A TOAL JOKE.

Hey chaps, yeah I've been brainstorming this one myself, more so than ever. The card really ain't bad if you're coming in from a GTX upgrade especially with RT/DLSS3 and frame generation in mind (which has a lot going for it), The pricing is just off fairly badly. That said if you already own an RT compatible card, it's more complicated ... and likely not worth a recommendation for you.

Well, DLSS 3 (FG) increases VRAM consumption. So FG entry level at 550€...

While I do take constructive criticism always serious, it's these kinds of remarks that will get you booted from the forums. Just sayin' ...

HH, you had to make a comparison with GPUs released 7 years ago, just to make this card look somewhat acceptable. And the value is terrible for consumers. This is not a good GPU and it is not worthy of the "Guru3D Recommended" seal.

I wondered when anyone else will notice that. FG does increase vram usage in many situations

In any more demanding game it gets smoked by 3060ti Hogwards Last of Us And those games really show u where the future is going, so this is just a huge disapontment. Also, the cache so-so works in 1080p but if u switch to 1440p in 80% of cases it runs out and u get 3060ti perf. Sorry but this card is a joke, and so will be the 16gb one.

Nvidia is relying too much on name recognition in selling this card. They've replaced traditional marketing with gaslighting. That when they say something is a great card, you're automatically supposed to nod in agreement. That a 4050 is a 4060 and so on. This seems to be their approach going forward.
