Why 60%, this damned form factor is anti-productive. 65% is the best all-rounder for work-related tasks and casual gaming.

The aftermarket for 60% boards is *massive* so they're likely trying to get in on that. At least it's a standard layout unlike a lot of other "gaming" boards out there.

Yes, but for office and work environments, hence this baffles me why they went with 60% in this case for a gaming brand/gaming keyboard. Now if they went with 75% layout, which I personally think is an ideal layout for pretty much anything - now that would have been a unique product from a major brand. But I guess they have slowpokes in their research department.

Can't Razer make a wireless keyboard that I can match up with the Basilisk? 😎

75% boards are definitely where it's at in my opinion too. I have one and love it, but again, this feels like them hopping on an existing bandwagon for some fast cash so I don't really see it as surprising. The rest is just marketing.

Once you go to this side you can't go back... even on a TKL i cannot type now lol And for gaming it is because you save place for wider mouse pad... Also for game you don't even use all key on a 60% lol. For this price and size the Ducky One Mini seem better than Razer one.

These are good for smaller sized desks that have pullout keyboard trays so you can maximize mouse pad space. I gamed on a desk like that for a while and used a compact keyboard. Since moving up to a bigger desk, I'm fine with a full size keyboard. Always good to have options. Keyboard market is so saturated these days you can get whatever you want.

As an ex-owner of 60%, I prefer 65% due to arrow cluster. Lack of it is just too much of a drawback for me.
