I'm disappointed with the company, my early Orochi (bought 2011) is now dependent on the Synapse software to startup and run for a bit.
At startup the DPI is wrong and can't change, after a minute or so the DPI changing is possible, but doesn't change and then jumps a bit around before settling on the correct one. ~Once a month it bugs out and only y-axis works before restarting Synapse. Their support hasn't been helpful on that front. Guessing a firmware update removed onboard memory or sth...
2015 got a replacement changeable cord for free through the mail though.
Around that time had no such issues and could easily rotate between devices, now I'm mostly hibernating my computer because of it (Up times often above a month).

well this mouse does not have onboard memory, all the macros and special buttons need synapse to work which is 250MB of RAM for 6 instances of the program
in that price range it is ridiculous
