Wow, the total revenue to be paid, that's actually a penalty the companies can't write off as "opportunity costs", I'm impressed by the FTC's ruling.

They are lucky no one brought an injury claim against them for catching covid whilst using their masks. Price could have easily jumped 10 to 100 times.

But their own version should be less expensive for them as not N95, there was plenty if people who jumped on the COVID money train. Most of them have made lot of money on people that were zombified in front of the TV and computer... A pure waste of money... How many bed and medical things could have been bought with this money? (and "maybe" save some people... ) Instead of that some died because there was no free bed. I would have been more hard with Razer for that behavior. 🙂
