I'll shoot: Vega is named based on number of CUs, so this is likely Vega with 20 CUs. So it is something like GPUs made for intel.

You're actually right. While windows driver does not use Vega 10/11/... wording, Linux Vega10 has device ID 0x687F and that's Vega 64. AMD could have thought better naming scheme for Vega, not to give code-name used for one as name to another.
