I bought a Porsche design external HDD about 20 years ago. Porsche has been in the business longer than some better known PC equipment manufacturers; for example, I'm running my fourth PC in a Fractal Design case now, but Fractal Design was only founded in 2007. Btw, the HDD was a really solid piece of workmanship, no problems. I don' remember if I ever checked who had made the actual spinner inside, but the enclosure was better than most of the competitors. It also looked better than most competitors' offerings, although the looks weren't a selection priority for me.

I just wish sometime released a 4k120 QD Oled monitor.

I worked for Porsche before. They accept no tolerances in production, everything is top notch and made with perfection in mind. Funfact: If tou own an account to their network and set your password to anything with number "911", you get the following error: "Put the 911 on the street and not into your password." 😀

I'm not to sure about this Porsche perspective . Any company that insisted on making rear engine cars must be a bit dodgy. But when Porsche start to make SSB electric powered cars then product wise they will get my full attention. That is so long as they don't insist on a pantograph to fit where the rear engine used to. 🙄
