@Khronikos By "Local dimmer" I assume you mean a TV? 1080Ti will last you a while on that resolution with 60 fps target, hell I'm using 1080Ti for 3440x1440 with 98fps goal in mind and its fine in the majority of games. Tweak a setting here and there, and it's butter smooth.

Yeah holy crap I am running 4K in GTAV with only minor tweaks for online play to keep it near 60 average. Amazing. Was not expecting that. 1440p easily in just about everything else with full settings +.
I think we need benchmarks of 4k resolution with HIGH settings, instead of ULTRA. All those 4k benchmarks only scaring people.
