On other hand the RX 6600 XT is limited by it's PCIe size bus (but it's still a nice medium segment GPU), so i guess that 18 or 17,5 doesn't change much for this GPU, but might be less expensive to produce, even more when it is the main sale from this gen. For now the pre-pricing for the RX 6650 XT is the same price than the actual RX 6600 XT: same price + a bit faster = good deal

It seems like AIBs will stop making 6600/6700/6900 XT cards and focus on the new 6650/6750/6950 XT series instead. So RDNA 2 refresh is looking more like a replacement rather than a higher-end alternative to existing models.

The RX 6x50XT series are meaningless for those that already have 6000 card just use MorePowerTool,is easy safe end you can get up to 17-19% better performance. The first image is with factory settings on the graphics card, the second with oc via Radeon tuning (2475-2575gpu) (2150 Vram) and the third with MorePowerTool.

Would be great if the msrp updated downward, but I'm certain these will get the greed tax again.

If nothing atleast let original cards be available at lower price but i doubt that.
