With RT and PT SDK dev kits freely available, we should start seeing more of these. Also a path traced HL2 done by a modder is out too.

Sad face, I have quake 2 on disc, unlikely i can get digitial copy for free, and arguable its quake I like mostly cause it really wasnt multiplayer game

you can get RTX build yes, but last i looked you need to own quake II and that not free last i looked,less something changed or i been reading thing wrong it also says first 3 levels is whole game included in RTX? if owned the original game? not that matter i dont have RTX card yet

You get the first 3 levels in the RTX edition for free like the old shareware Q2 demo OR all levels + MP if you own the actual game on Steam. Would be hilarious if you could actually activate QII on Steam with your ancient retail key...probably not. Steam keys for Quake II on the internet are about $/€2 it appears...
Download Quake II RTX Quake II RTX is fully ray-traced and includes the 3 levels from the original shareware distribution... Buy Quake II Purchase the game to access all levels as well as multiplayer support.
The Internet Archive has Quake II with all sorts of community fixes it appears

I downloaded it, ran it, played for five minutes, realised that poor graphics doesn't always mean great gameplay and deleted it. I mean these games were great back in the day but now meh.
