Curious to see Nvidia so generous at the release of a new GPU. Could it be that they are worried about a possible recession or could it be that they are worried about AMD... Or maybe both.

From all I have seen about this game, it doesn't seem a particularly good game.
Too bad nVidia didn't partner with CDProject red for this one.

I'm actually a fan of Geforce Now but that's pretty pointless to have if you're buying a 3k card.

only worry is why offer a streaming service with such an op card? So one can play on a phone while not having access to the main rig? How pathetic has the player base become that one needs 24/7/365 access. Do not care what they think about how RDNA2 is going to stack up. This is just sad in my opinion. Hopefully some may find some use for that service.

I think it's more about recession than AMD. And a free year isn't really going to set them back much. Adoption rate is probably really low and they're hoping to get long term customers I bet.

We can speculate until RDNA2 but I'm ok with it. I like this side to Nvidia. They took the piss with 20xx prices but we will forget about that if these cards are good as we want them to be.
Unless you were one that bought a 2080ti and didn't sell in time.
