Most likely people with a 3090 Ti, those are the big spenders.

Those are suspiciously high numbers for this time frame, economy, die size, and price.

Between people who must absolutely have the best of the best, scalpers and people who saved for ages because there was no stock and decided to go all out now, I'd say there's plenty. 100.000 for the hole world isn't much and those are not sales, but units produced.

And yet I can't find to buy a single one where I live, other than from scum of the earth scalpers...

guys, read the text carefully: "it is the number of chips that were sent to partners so they could make RTX 4090 models". So at least 100.000 connector adapters?

I just checked one popular store's website over here, and they have two units of a KFA2 model in stock, for a modest price of 2599.90 euros. Nothing else, of the 13 models listed.

Resellers from china? Newegg,ca is full of them all sold by 3rd party resellers likely from china looking at their generic name. There's many of them already down to 1900 USD.

Me, coming from an RTX 3080 which never felt powerful enough. The RTX 4090 was a worthy upgrade for 4K gaming.

The 4090's are amazing for 4K and 3840x1600 - amazing upgrades from my 3080's!

I know a few people that upgraded from 3k series. I'm considering upgrading.. I mined like ~$2.7k off my 3080 so basically paying for itself.

I actually bought 3. Bought an MSI Gaming Trio X from Newegg on launch day at MSRP. That card is too big for my 3x radiator setup in my Lian Li O11D XL case. Then I bought an Asus 4090 for $1900, from a scalper. The next day, saw a 4090 FE for sale for $1900 from a scalper. Bought an EKWB for the 4090 FE since that has the smallest PCB in the context of a waterblock. It'll have the most compatibility with my case and dimensions and needs. So I sold the MSI 4090 to my friend for the same price I bought it for ($1763, MSPR + Tax). He was having a hard time finding a card. Sold the Asus 4090 for the same price I bought it for, $1900. Kept the 4090 FE. So my total loss is only $137 compared to MSRP + taxes. Now I have a 4090 that'll work with my custom water cooling setup. By the way, the EKWB for the 4090 is coming in on Tuesday (November 8th). So I'll have a full custom loop setup with the Intel 13900k + the 4090 FE.

Just let us know if they have an overproduction leftovers I'll be waiting 🙂

The problem with scalpers aren't scalpers themselves, but people buying from them..

They is 1000000% bullshit. They are lying. I can buy 4090s at cost by trhe handful on FBM. They are NOT selling

Fastest gaming graphics card on Planet Earth. Nuff Said. PS: you should really check out this cool website I found... https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/rtx-4090-owners-thread.444978/ :p
Well if it wasn't I would be disappointed rofl... Every new Gen is the "fastest on the planet" Also plenty of 4090's in stock in Australia, 100k... yeah bullshit. Wait till their quarter revenue comes in. I can see losses all around.
