I guess they found some hurdles or problems and considering their excellent reputation, they seem like the kind of company that will delay over and over something till they get it to as good as they can, and honestly I can not fault em for that!

The new fan is still going through accelerated lifetime tests, since the previous test failed.

that is the last thing i heard, from some interview with them. I thinking the longer it take there more they gonna added to price, and they are already expensive
