I highly doubt that the Netflix library is less than 20TB. Unless you mixed up TB/s with Tbps. 178Tbps translates to 22.25TB/s, still an insane amount of speed assuming you have a nic that can handle those speeds and a disk fast enough to write that data haha. Not for commercial use obviously just kidding.

I think it's 20TB of content that's readily accessible to its users, since they tend to cycle content in and out. This is especially true considering all of the Disney content being taken down. Don't forget too that they use some pretty high compression.

Of course its not for commercial purposes to homes or even offices. The technology will be beneficial for upgrading a countries fiber internet backbone and its associated big networks.
