@Phaze: You're right, I missed the 2 on the left. LOL, we can finally see what this die is capable of.

Since this 290x will have proper power delivery and cooling, this thing should have absolutely no problems overclocking with acceptable temps.

might get myself one

Whenever something like this hits the stores I'm getting it ๐Ÿ˜€ Difference in performance should be nothing between something like this and 780 ti and I am totally interested in mantle. ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

qft...:)
blank...? 450W TDP though, that's gunna HURT the power bill. Imagine 4 of the bloody things in XFire. :O

First it was the heat,95C,but now is the 450W...this is just crazy.

Curious to see what cooling they'll use for this beast.

Who said this is 450W TDP? When was the last time you added up 75W for PCI-E, 75W for 6-pin, and 150W for 8-pin and got the TDP of the card in question? The unofficial 7990s got 3x8-pin power connectors, some 7950s got 2x8-pin power connectors.

75W (PCIe slot) + 150W (8pin A) + 150W (8pin B) + 75W (6 pin) = 450W

Was exactly my point that we shouldn't be calculating TDP like that. Titans go up to 370W easily when overclocked and overvolted with certain limits removed. They have the same power connectors as the 7970 and cards that draw less.

I would not be surprised if it would take three full slots.
