Thanks for the heads-up, time to cancel. Must say that I've left it running for now just to try a game here and there but now that it costs more, I'll only subscribe when I really need it.

That is even more expensive , its called Game pass ultimate.

I have ultimate and I'm pretty much delighted with it. In saying that, what I want to know is EA Play Pro will eventually be included or part of an upgrade tier where I can bundle it with ultimate. If so, that's all my EA releases in the future covered in a nice and neat package.

btw the annual suscription (wich is very very low once converted by month) is no more existing too.

Canceled, i was too nice for that price. With this price i will actually buy games which i want to play and play them when i want to play them.

I believe they said that EA Play would be included in Game Pass for PC (there is no Ultimate for PC, unless I'm wrong).

Ah , so there will be just one game pass for PC and 2 for Xbox.

Game Pass Ultimate is for both PC and Xbox together (handy if you have both an Xbox and a PC). It also includes Xbox Live Gold (which you need to play various games in multiplayer on the Xbox). In addition to that, there is a regular Game Pass for Xbox and a regular Game Pass for PC which are a little bit cheaper individually. Only Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Game Streaming (formerly known as Project xCloud).

I've been enjoying gamepass a lot, from Astroneer, to Microsoft Flight simulator, Sea of Thieves,... Gears 5 a bit earlier.

Along with EA play it's actually very cheap. It runs as two fully priced games for a year, and gives access to so much more.

That´s how all streaming/subscription services work, offer a very nice deal at the beginning to hook customers and when they are "addicted" to them, raise prices to milk them dry... That´s why i don´t like thus kind of deals...

You own nothing anyway. Steam is a subscription service, legally speaking. It just gives you access per title instead of one off.
Gamepass and EA Play also give day one access. I got it for PC because of the Outer Worlds. I ran it for a year, playing other games in it, and it still has cost me less than I would have paid to play the game in day one.
You don't even own boxed copies. The only thing you might keep are gog games.

Well they said at the start it would be £4 in beta and would rise once out of beta to £8. Might as well go for Ultimate if you have an Xbox for £11. Unless that's going up too?
