120Hz matters much less than reliability and image quality for me. Time will tell. I havent heard of Mediatek displays before, it will be some time before I'm able to consider them, a general con-census is a good start. And wondering will quality drop after reviews are out... I will (atm) choose 120Hz+ thats reliable with best image quality and isnt a terrible price. And after recent energy problems uses a reasonable amount of power. This announcement cannot tempt me but I will observe.

The stupid thing is, we didn't run out of things to improve. Battery life can always be made better, and I've been saying for years that phone cameras need a global shutter, yet we keep pushing that technology further and further away by needlessly adding more MP and calling it a feature.

True but for Wifi, it's still an improvement and that's what counts.

The FTC needs to start regulating the term "A.I." in marketing communications.

Cool a new Google stadia TV that will have non updated app marketplace and no refund. Just remove the smart off the TV better having it on a external device. "This app no longer supported " I'm forecast laggy ui, bad support, fake specs, and lots of telemetry. Don't forget the cheapest remote china can license.
