That is ridiculous to say the least, i mean i know personally there is some stuff i hate about the way W10 was implimented, but this is basically nonsense and no doubt driven by some greedy laywer. 🙄

MS always have their asses covered. They have expert legal teams to look at every angle and loophole when they write up the user agreement. Frank 'Dickman' probably has a snowballs chance in hell of getting anywhere with his lawsuit.

Wasn't there a woman who sued M$ for wrecking her Windows 7 computer that she used for her business by having Windows 10 forced onto her PC without her permission or knowledge? Think she took them to a small claims court where lawyers can't attend?

I didn't know Asus made a laptop worth 600 million dollars. In fact I think that man got majorly ripped off when he bought his laptop and paid that much. But that's hardly Microsoft's fault.

he isnt going to win. he doesnt have a lawyer. he is representing himself. there are mistypes on the lawsuit papers.
he thinks asus upgraded the laptop to windows 10. which is why he says he doesnt trust asus. wants microsoft to give him with an oem disk. which they dont have windows 7 oem disk.
if they did give him a windows 7 disk. it isnt going to have the asus drivers for the laptop.
this guy is totally backwards in life.
also had amount sued written wrong.
so one part of the lawsuit paper says 6 million but then another part has 3 extra zeros making it 6 billion
