It looks like yet another MSI GS60 clone. I wonder where they make it. Perhaps if they continue to crop up, there will be a sweet deal @ DX one day.

A small 15" gaming notebook with a 2880 x 1620 screen! That's nonsense for gaming, for a start you don't need such a high resolution for such a small screen when it comes to gaming. Also, an 870M is not going to give acceptable frame rates at 2880 x 1620, it would need 880M sli in order to even start thinking about that resolution - has over twice the number of pixels to drive than 1920x1080 (which would be more than enough resolution for a 15" notebook). A bit of a joke this notebook.

It's already been discussed - you get nice round fonts and exceptional clarity when not-gaming and in not demanding games. In demanding games you cut the resolution, getting 1440x810, which is still kinda ok for 15" screen.

such a waste of money , laptop for gaming , you will be stuck between heat and battery as other said GPU is just too weak for such resolution which is not justified for the screen size

If you ever tried a laptop with such resolution, you'd want one.

Yeah, I agree, but you're limited to cutting down the resolution by a round number factor to avoid image clarity reduction, so cutting the resolution by a factor of 2 gives you the 1440x810 which you mentioned, but as far as I know not all resolutions are always supported in games. Besides 1440x810 is a little low in resolution for a 15" laptop I think. Still not a worthwhile buy in my opinion.

Laptop gaming is a lot more expensive than desktop gaming for sure in terms of value performance, but it's getting better as NVidia & AMD start to focus more on mobile gaming.

3k? 15' screen? You serious guys? There IS a thing called 1080p. Use that! 3k on laptop is like Windows on Google Glass. Seriously that's too much of BS :/

Any Gaming Laptop is a waste of money. You pay 2000 Euros for something that's 3 times slower than a Desktop.

As long as I get 60 fps on 1080p I'm happy with my 2000€ laptop. And it's just 2 times slower in common...
