Then don't Nobody is forcing you to install it
There is always one! The "official" fix for now is to install GFE so frankly they are forcing you to use it, also you cant play a steam or epic or numerous other titles without having some garbage launcher pop up and hog space and record your actions, as you missed it my point was I dont want to have to install this stuff, the choice is taken away from us

funny how ppl consider optional sw as bloatware, or whine about spying, yet are online and posting in forums leaving "trails", makes you look less educated... or how good w11 is, which to me doesnt seem to be, as the past showed me more issues than any "good" OS should have in the first place, while not having (most) of those problems on 10.
So you never heard of VPNs and my email has no personally identifiable information, you may think am being over cautious but My Wife and I have been fraud victims in the past and trust me we are not careless never have been

Ah so the problem was GFE related? Go figure. Like many others here, I never install that pointless GFE crap.

While I don't ever install GeForce experience, I had bad performance (horrible suttering in all games with framerdrops below 30 FPS where my PC easily held 60+ before) after the upgrade to 22H2, however it ran fine originally with 516.94 drivers and only manifested after installing GeForce Studio drivers 517.40 (without GeForce Experience, used DDU in safe mode first). Uninstalling 517.40 with DDU in safe mode and reinstalling 516.94 drivers (without GeForce Experience) fixed it for me. I'm not sure if those are related issues, though, or if the 517.40 driver is just buggy for my hardware combination.
Framework was probably installed regardless of GFE.

Hm, possibly. Is there a way to clean this out of the driver?

@suty455 sure, but if you have another computer responding to any request from yours, you will leave traces. vpns make it harder, but not impossible. completely ignoring that there are multiple countries with services that will see a vpn as a minor hickup. short of the vpn server logs getting scrubbed every hour.

It should be visible under Windows Control Panel's Programs and Features as an installed program, else I guess only DDU can flush it unless someone knows how to run its uninstaller, assuming that it is still intact.
