Actually, 3D organ printing development is going very well atm. You could just print a new kidney lol. Just hold your breath in the meanwhile, think up something, I don't know.

You can get some pretty cheap 3D printers at the minute. They are pretty amazing as they can potentially print a copy of themselves.
