i hate it when i travel 1k miles to go to a trade show (CES) and folks are jumping the gun with their press releases. plus better pictures than i can take at a convention hall. i'm going to check these out as the processor was one of the reasons Sony is so good despite their pricing. Sony has outperformed all others with the processing, esp. SDR content

Header should read 144Hz.

"Personalized" always means "to make you do what we want you to do more likely or quicker".

It's the polite way of saying "targeted unsolicited advertisements".

Sony's choice to do Google OS on their sets was a tactical mess & a bad decision IMHO. Buggy as hell. People complain about something like WebOS but it quite frankly is smooth and organized. Sony charges a bundle yet doesn't throw any of that profit margin at software development where it matters.

their 4k engine and it's software is what i'm talking about, as far as the set OS you already identified Google as the culprit - that part works well in one aspect - the ability to dl newer apps and services where proprietary OS don't have that capability. granted Sony could modify it like Samsung or LG
