I reckon that Splinter Cell Blacklist is just a ploy by the Nsa to recruit new members into the rank.
Requirements for succeful application are listed below.
1. Must complete compulsory common sense and life skill tutorials upon arrival. Eg but not limited to: (a) Turn door handle - push/pull - walkthrough.(b) Unzip - flop - releave - retrive - re-zip.
2. Succefully display ability to invade the privacy of persons. Eg, but not limited to: See 9/10 at bus stop - push into oncomming traffic - target flys through air and lands with legs apart - snapshot - upload to /r/panyshots - label slut for not wearing appropriate clothing while in public.
3. Display ability to waste tax payer dollars. Eg, but not limited to: Go on unnecessary flights all over the world using tax dollars - Reason: POTUS thinks he may have left stove on in bahamas get away resort - Nationwide firesafety and smoke alarm week - Public proud POTUS leading by example of what not to do.
