Now this is a proper display this 😀

Nope its only 60hz

Well at that res you do not need more unless you are gaming everything @ low settings with 780 ti sli or 290x xfire.
And that display has everything else going for it compared to pretty much anything since it is 10bit panel.

120Hz with ips capable of 10bit is rather non existent 😯 or normal ips even too, except for korean overclockable displays :P
While input lag can be zero and could be. that response time is good for anyone.

For that price... 28'', 10bit color UHD seems very good.... hope for a review of this tbh 🙂

BLEH!
It may be time to get one of these 😀

last thinkvision i had was a 22" LED panel that died after 6 months of usage the screen developed lines and text was unreadable unless i lowered the resolution to 1280x800 from 1680x1050 and increased the text dpi to 150%
unfortunately the store i bought from went bust a few weeks after purchase and i had no luck with the manufacturer. i went and bought an second hand acer v193w for £20 that not only has better colours but also looks better in games and movies

The stand looks like a really small hat with a very wide brim!

Even better news is that the 28" Dell 4K will be $699.

Time for 4K on the 23rd 😀

awwww yiss.
loving the significant drop in UHD monitor pricing!
this would go down a treat for my home machine, as i use it to run server labs for studying. would be nice to have a few servers with a useable resolution on screen at once without overlapping!
want!

The Dell is a no go for most gamer i thing.
"Unfortunately, it tops out at 30Hz 3840 x 2160 and 60Hz for 1920 x 1080"

BangTail
Didn't know that, I thought it was 60Hz - If that's the case Ill just grab one of the other brands.
EDIT:
According to what I've read, It is 60hz at 4k using DP so all good as my video cards have DP.

So 30Hz might be with HDMI then? I just quoted from the linked article.. Oh and it's an TN panel :bang:
I wish more would invest in OLED, but 4K is so hyped up now that this is where they can make money.. Wonder if there will be big issues with bleeding and gray blacks on these 4K monitors.. That's not an issue with OLED??

I'm a bit confused by the comments here and mixing the 4K Dell into conversation.
So is the Lenovo a TN panel that only does 30Hz@4k or was that the Dell people were talking about? Or does the Lenovo do 60Hz@4k??
