I'm not getting why an unfastened screw is causing a fire? Is there a loose screw just rattling around or something?

If screw is above internal battery pack, its head can penetrate plastic packaging of usual LiPo, as it unscrews. So, kids, do not leave your X1 on top of vibrator... [youtube=dHXbK_82FPY] You can totally imagine who's who in video above.
