actually the real story here is the stock buy-back. this is the so-called "tax cut" at work... shoring up the stock prices which would otherwise reflect the unease of investors over the wrong-footed moves the last few year. for a little bit of hilarity i will be using my dividend to buy a threadripper 2 system.
