Previous day: Huge security flaw discovered in Thunderbolt. Next day: Intel gives Thunderbolt away.
Coincidence? I think not! *insert meme here*

So Maybe this was the missing part for going all AMD on next Mac Pro? (& maybe iMac too?):).

I presume this means that Intel are looking to give everyone the Thunderclap?

It's so obvious one has to think Intel couldn't help but feel like the boy you peed in his pants in front of everybody else in his class.

Most of my USB devices are still uncapped by 2.0 or even 1.1 connections...

Whats's wrong with you doing all this marketing for Intel? Are you getting paid or something? You go from this: Intel releases Thunderbolt to the industry - To Become USB 4.0 at 40 Gbps in the text to this: Intel announced that it has contributed the Thunderbolt protocol specification to the USB Promoter Group Can you stop helping Intel promoting as the driving force in the technology world? They maybe contributed, but why on Earth would you put in the title that they have RELEASED it, when in the reality they CONTRIBUTED to its release. Why giving INTEL so much credit except if you are getting paid, which will make perfect sense. Intel is getting destroyed by AMD atm, and this will surely be a well paid help aid. Isn't it?

Geeeesus what is your problem with the aggressive tone? It's part of the press release. And btw, the last time we got paid by Intel for anything was ... oh wait .. yeah never.

I think you ought to remove/adjust whatever is stuck in your backdoor, you little fanboy. How much is AMD paying you to prop up a multi-million dollar company on a thread that has nothing to do with them?
