not so... it's just 3 more core from what we have already, but the V3 seem more interesting than when we goes from V1 to V2 (btw i keep thinking that passing from V1 to V2 was a mistake i have done on my own WS, exept in power efficiency). there is a demand for more core per socket on some server (ex: we use a twin socket 12 core xeon (mean real core not HT) for our office server and it's not a huge office).

There's a 30core + 30 HT already right? or was it 15 + 15. Yea 30 core exists already so a 36 core isn't really much of an upgrade.

These suckers are already pushing more than 100w tdp, think of the heat generated using that much power!
