Interesting. But sounds like a wait for rev 2/3 kind of tech.

Intel FTW again, these guys always find the best solutions.

Kudos for that. However, I can't help thinking that every time Intel somehow spent time to sleep on their laurels, competition gave them a hard time, they somehow pull out a new tech, method or breakthrough.

Some parts of the CPU manufacturing process are now struggling to get miniaturised further. So this looks nice and innovative to help get around some limiting factors. Bahh. Like I know. 😛

It's actually Ångström, the Swedish man behind the measurement system. Maybe he suffered from massive angst, justifying calling him Angstrom. Who knows, it might have hurt him bad to know his Å was superfluous for the SI system, and is thus only ever used for colloquial convenience, or when a corporation needs a new way to make its products stand out from the competition. And then they can't find Å in their keyboard and mix him up with another dude, Ampère. Yeah, that'll give you angst.
