Is anyone else unable to activate it? It shows up in the in-game menu but it doesn't download when clicking on it, it just brings up the store for the DLC, and episode 3 is still listed as requiring a purchase. Guess it has to do something with me already having the first free episode that prevents it from prompting the activation, even reinstalling didn't work.

I had to do the same thing for episode 2. This worked immediately and it was put on the DLC list on the library. Downloads around 4Gb then it works. Thanks for leaving the tip Andy.

just helping but when i go to steam the free summer pack is right there under the trial.. not working with provided links tho.. also i see episode 2 is also free so that is the whole game and 2 dlc's free of charge ok maybe not free but free for 12days ! 🙂 (since i posted this) so gogogo and finish it fast 😉 *edit* episode 2 is not free (i think) redirects me to the page of the game itself even if i have it installed so i guess you need to buy it for that free episode .. lol

What does this mean for people like me who own the game on steam already? I've been so confused by the episodes, season packs and what not I am super unclear on what I own and don't own.

Look at Hitman in library screen on steam, under DLC check to see if you have episode 3-Marrakesh(aka summer pack).

Summer in the northern hemisphere is Around June 20-21(summer solstice) to September 22-23(fall equinox).
