The CPU isn't bugged. It's the Motherboard Chipset which has the USB 3.0 Sleepmode bug.

My bad, thought it was the CPU, a la Pentium FDIV bug 🙂 So will C2 stepping chipset motherboards be shipping along with Haswell processors 😀
