For passing 1.21v, I would recommend to at least use a waterblock for the GPU. I use a EK VGA block. The fans are usually silent on the Windforce 5, but you can put it on 75% manually where it makes a little noise.

So you took this over the Classified, which you could have added a water block too i guess. You prefer the gigabyte SOC over the classified?

I dont really care if its a MSI Lightning, EVGA Classified, ASUS GTX680 DCII TOP, Zotac AMP, Galaxy GTX680SOC or this Gigabyte GTX680SOC when it comes to overclocking. I just felt that this new cooler on this Gigabyte thing was too cool. And ... as long as the GPU is cherrypicked for overclocking I am fine. Gigabyte got the GPU Gauntlet sorting stuff, and put the best GPUs on their SOC cards.
