It actually looks quite promising. Above my budget hovering between 2000 and 2500 dollars depending on screen, GPU and SSD, but I'm not looking for a gaming laptop anyway. I wonder if we'll get to see some Ryzen 2 APU laptops someday. All brands seem to jump aboard the 8th gen Intel hypewagon but I can't help but feel like AMD got passed up. In theory the APU seems very satisfactory to me for creating a power-efficient, lightweight, slim, laptop absent of the need for a dGPU whilst still boasting enough graphical power to deal with many CAD programs, and even some games. That and the supposed lower costs associated with AMD. Also, QHD screens. The AERO 14 got a QHD, with the 15 it seems you need to choose between FHD or UHD. For me (someone whom hates scaling) QHD seems to be the sweet spot.
