The Guru3D page description lists my GTX 980 Ti as being a compatible card for this driver but the driver itself only has an entry for the new GTX 950. That description needs revising me thinks as this is clearly a GTX 950-only certified driver. 😉

Looks like it only supports GeForce GTX 950. I can confirm this as it doesn't install on my computer and upon inspection of the nv_disp.inf. I only see device id entries of:

%NVIDIA_DEV.1402%= Section031, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1402

seems pointless to me that they bother releasing these exclusive drivers when an inf mod makes them work with other cards, if Nvidia care that much about unifying drivers they should just release drivers that work with all cards out of the box, modding inf's is just another hassle.

I agree, no point in installing these.
