Yes you need watercooling 😉 Up to 1,55v aircooling on DDR5 isn't a problem, but you need active aircooling 🙂 Alder Lake is running low VccSA, so no problem with degrading. Even on 7000mhz+ c30 Run newest Aida64? My 10900k has been "abused" with 1,55v VccSA since launch, and hasn't degraded yet. Running 4700c17 1t...
and im worried about 1.3v on mine .....
