the new battle system can die for all i care, played the demo and was disgusted, im sure system brought in new people to the series but it also alienated some it original fans.
I am currious if it gona come with ALL DLC including vouchers for the 3 that supposed to come out this year?
I was gona buy it for ps4 cause verison with season pass was 28$ only to find out it wont inluded all DLC which means the only released ones too soon as found it it wasnt i didnt bother, also crious to how bigg it is there were rumors of being 100+gbs

Oh I know what you mean. Veteran FF players who are used to the old combat system are very annoyed by the new system. I was annoyed by the old FF battle system mainly because I came from the Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest crowd. I am as well it reminds me of Doom 2016 I remember downloading an update that was like 80GB in size on my PS4.

Im a bit worried about that nvidia hairworks though.. Hopefully its like by new ROTR - minimal fps impact.

I won't be playing this any time soon.
I read a report that the HDR version is a 155GB download and even the non-HDR version is in the vicinity of 100GB.

Slightly off topic, guys, sorry. The last Final Fantasy I played was FF7, what are some good recommendations to get back on the series? I saw a friend playing one where the group was made up of pop singers and it completely put me off since then 😀 😀

I despise the fact that it uses Denuvo but I have to play this so my brain will shut down and I'll buy the game most likely.
Too bad there are no 144Hz+ 1440p HDR monitors available. Tell me they don't cap this to 60 fps like they did with the other FF games?

I hear FF 9 is a good one.

They're all relatively good if you like the FF style games but 9 is one of the most far off ones from the more modern ones. It goes back to more old school roots. FF9 is nothing like 7 aside from the the characteristics and themes that all FF games share. If he liked FF7 he'll probably like 8 and 10.

If you are alright with old / 2d games, I would suggest playing 6-8-9-10-13. If you would rather stick to something more modern... you either play 13 or the 10-12 remasters (but those still old games, just remastered)
