Thing is they are quite different, ESO targeted a now dying genre - MMORPGs, while this surely want to have some of that very trendy PUBG/Fortnite Battle Crapyale $$$. It's just that players hoped for a new true Fallout game, and I would have been surprised if it had been one, since it's new TES game turn, and AFTER, probably 6+ years from now, a new single player FO. 🙄

MMORPGs are dying because they make them too noob friendly and too flashy. And then too over-complicated in end game content to keep people in for longer. Instead players should have reason to stay, not being kept by some: "I still do not have this or that." Guild Wars has it quite well balanced. But with so many MMORPGs, people go and try other game. They prove to be bad games, but at that time person already looks at another MMORPG promising something better and failing again.

I'm not sure the majority of gamers even looks for anthing long lasting that rewards you for playing it longer than a week.

TES6 first in 2023 and then Fallout 5 maybe in 2029. Troll Howard.
