Most of BeQuiet! PSUs have Zero load design. I don't think it's big deal. Question is , how the Haswell cpu will work on PSU That doesnt support Zero load design.

I can only assume the CPU just simply unable to enter C6/C7 state (which is a moot point for most desktop systems) rather than being non-operational.

intel would barely sale Haswell if it required all new PSU. nonetheless they stated that adoption rate will be slow, but seriously unless they OC performance can gain 50%+ performance over Sandy Bridge, then i upgrade if not then sb for life!
