Now that's a good one! Yeah, I was thinking about the same. On the other hand, if they manage to work on kids imagination and helping them comprehend how city works, it might be a really useful product. Hey, I was playing SimCity as a kid, and it helped me justifying paying taxes. SimAnt and SimFarm taught me quite a lot too, as well as made me think about various things in a different, more open way, and question things that sometimes are said to be obvious without good reason.

I remember playing Sim City 2000 as part of the government class I had in high school. It was to just touch on concepts like taxes, city management, and goal setting.
