Not unusual for Nvidia to release a driver for a single new card. Happened before. Usually it carries over the last driver with very minor adjustments, ie, the device ID in the INF file.

Which mysteriously is for 3060Ti and 3080 only.

What specifically you want in "new CPL", bloated facelift? What problems is current CPL giving you?

Dude, Nvidia isnt always quick to post driver releases when they are ready. We have downloaded Nv drivers numerous times before they were posted on Nvidias download page.

You'd be lucky if 50% of people keep their drivers up to date. Most these people never visit the control panel. And then out of the people that keep their drivers up to date, majority of them never use the control panel either. So out of the 10% remaining that do use the control panel (enthusiasts or people that need to change something there) probably 1% of those want a new control panel UI.
It makes no difference to me whether or not they update the UI, the way I see it is that everything is already working and they don't need new panels.
Unless they're planning to add a bunch of new and unique features that would encourage more people to use the control panel to get better results from their cards, then they won't waste time creating a new UI.
