AFAIK, the power monitoring still under open issue & haven't fixed yet.

Hm ok, well I know that firefox cursor is apparently fixed and listed there too. Was fixed with some 398.xx driver.

Still not fixed for many people. Windows 10 Issues [GeForce GTX 1060]AV receiver switches to 2-channel stereo mode after 5 seconds of audio idle. [2204857] [Firefox]: Cursor shows brief corruption when hovering on certain links in Firefox.[2107201] Random DPC watchdog violation errors occur when using multiple GPUs on motherboards with PLX chips. Is this still going on? Unbelievable. I remember this being an issue when AC:Origins came out and again when Forza 7 came out as well as other games which I forgot now. It's been at least a year of this nonsense.

Yep. IIRC some driver version in between had it fixed at least for some but now it's back.

I didn't open the release notes yet, but is that Power Monitoring issue still an issue? I was digging around on that and they mentioned it's a Power Management issue in Windows 10. I had the impression that it's NVIDIA's Power Management not applying over Win 10's Power Management (it wasn't clear). Then there are hardware enabled Power Management states for the CPU/GPU in terms of micro stutter. For this reason, was there a list or discussion of motherboards floating anywhere? Maybe boards with outdated BIOS updates like my Fatal1ty X79 Professional? (as an example).

Same here. And I'm confused. Windows don't stutter, the refresh rate timings will make the picture stutter. Depends on a lot of things here, VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, the monitor, the game or application using the driver appropriately.

good performance / stability with these so far. Also best 3dmark score iv pulled yet by 200 points.
