Changes and Fixed Issues in Version 388.00
The following sections list the important changes and the most common issues resolved in this version. This list is only a subset of the total number of changes made in this driver version. The NVIDIA bug number is provided for reference.
• [Notebook][GeForce GTX 1080][G-Sync]: Stuttering occurs while playing games such as Doom, CS Go, and Witcher 3 on the external display. [1995267]
• [Notebook][GM204]: Alienware laptops with GM204 GPUs are not included in this driver release. Support for these products will be added in the next driver. [200333878]
In Divinity: Original Sin 2 the driver 388.00 features the same bug like all driver released after 385.41 using a GTX1080Ti. If in the game settings the lights are set on high, a weird black fog bug is rendered. Only way to avoid this is setting the lights < high.
Please Nvidia care about.
Did you try using Risen 2 bits? They are basically using the same engine with a few new features and tweaks.
Quoting the developer: "For ELEX Piranha Bytes is continuing their inhouse engine and pushes it to the next level with current gen features in all areas."
Edit: apparently no risen games supported SLI to begin with.
Edit2: check here for unofficial compatibility bits

i have 1080ti's and i have no experienced this issue
Don't get your hopes up, this is literally the next driver build after the previously released hotfix.
Also I still don't have any issues in TD here.
You're one of the lucky ones, even after a clean FCU install I still have these green artifacts...
I'll check in a minute if this driver helped.
Yeah still flickering green artifacts, ohh golly gosh 😱
