I guess already having the identical creators ones, I may as well swerve these, pointless them making two identical drivers, what's that about.
The weird thing is that they removed Maxwell and Kepler support in the CRD but today they release the new GRD that includes support for these generations of video cards! I will stick only with GRD releases and update to newer versions skipping the CRD.

I suspect the optimizations they made with CRD ones only affect 10xx+ and up so that is why or could be they only tested with 10xx+.

So what exactly is the difference between Creator Ready and Game Ready drivers again? Couldn't they at least have different versioning or something? It's incredibly confusing.
CRD support RTX only, these -- everything from Kepler and up I assume that these were tested with games mentioned in release notes while CRD wasn't yet back when they've released them

Anyone seeing flickering on the racing line in Forza Horizon 4 with this driver on Windows 10 v1903 Build 18362.1? Not sure if this is a driver issue or an issue with the new build of Windows as I can no longer test it with Windows 10 v1809.

Looks like a hotfix driver is also coming soon from this listing. 2453173-ARK Survival: BAD_POOL_CALLER error followed by BSOD->Target hotfix driver when fix is completed
I hope you are right, since that error has been annoying me for way too long, however "when fix is completed" could mean anything. They could take forever with it.

Worst combination this driver with media player classic and madVR for hdr content. I have flickering on blu ray with hdr content. Back to 419.35 ! ( Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18860 )

I think I'll wait for the next game ready driver.

Guys.. try to test the driver with Windows 10 v1809! Any other way you won't have the real picture. Who told you to use the driver with rs6 builds..??

You are asking people who already installed creator package drivers, not meant for their cards/needs (that they game on and create 0 content), to use some common sense? That's bold 😀

Getting a "This driver is not compatible with your Windows version." Which is odd, since the CRD drivers install fine. Windows 10, 17763.379 Also to note I ran DDU and now the CRD driver is saying issues as well. Used DDU 18.0.0.9.

Windows probably installed a DCH driver when the old one was deinstalled. Try using a DCH variant instead.

Just to be on the safe side I ran DDU again, and the DCH version installed fine. Guess I'm all aboard the DCH train now here on out, lol. Thanks 🙂

Flickering is a thing with all 400 series drivers, they refuse to fix it, hence 399 are still best for me 🙂

Why install the DCH version?
why not? same driver, same performance, UWP app, less annoyance when updating, and it will become the standard soon enough, so may as well get used to it.
