I can’t see CPU metrics anymore with a fresh W11 install and 21.10.1, something related to TPM or SVM? Works fine otherwise.

Same here, single monitor and clocks fixed ONLY dropping from 144 to 120hz. This is absurd. Crap drivers
It's a Windows issue, not driver. Windows likes multiples of 30/60.

Anyone who has a VRR monitor connected has to enable VRR in the Radeon settings not just Windows settings, otherwise memory speeds will be maxed out
You mean freesync?

Freesync is a form of VRR... Guessing these drivers continue to change the size of the Performance Overlay window if VSR is used...hope I'm wrong, finally)

Did they fix all the shitty bugs like the Windows HDR /.display timeout that doesn't happen at all with any driver from 21.8.2 and below?

No I mean VRR, freesync panels have long since been dead. Freesync is a VRR standard now, hence why lots of freesync panels have been being added to G Sync "Adaptive" support. Anything freesync is VRR

RX 5700 XT here, with multimonitor setup, yeah the memory speed still maxed out, i'm using one 144 Hz monitor and one 60 Hz monitor. Only when droping the 144 Hz one to 75 Hz, do the memory speed drop also to 200 Mhz. Anything past 75 Hz will max out the memory speed.

Works perfect here. 250w usuage on my 6800xt. 3840x1080. Avg 100-120 fps with game maxed out and reshade.
Meh. I give up on the game. Must be something specific to my system. Not fun playing a racing game that dips down to the 40s.

Guys Win11 RTM still has the L3 Cache bug. All you have to do is run aida64 benchmark and 5000 series owners with win11 should be around 30ms instead of 10ms. This means overall lower performance on games that rely on that regardless of how faster your Radeon GPU is. Again, hold off on win11 until it's AMD friendly. Drivers, as far as I know, cannot fix this.

Thanks for the heads up, I was going to upgrade earlier but decided against it. But Microsoft isn't pushing Windows 10 21H2? I thought they would of pushed that out for those of us who don't want Win 11 yet. Is Win 10 21H2 still in beta?

Nevermind, you are right AMD Knowledge Base - Windows® 11 Performance Variation in Certain Applications on Compatible AMD Processors

The other branch of Win11 (current build 22471) seems to be ok with L3 cache speed:

Great performance, even better than the previous driver (over 7.000 on TimeSpy is not usual for me). Windows 10 still plays a "disconected device sound" when my monitor goes standby, and I'm pretty sure It shoudn`t

Guys, AMD fixes will be in the next CU. Anyone holding back on upgrading to WIn 11 is lolwtf.

The performance issue is with AMD CPUs anyway not GPUs, it's an L3 cache latency issue and a first core priority for minimum tasks issue. Not at all related to Radeon cards
