So, no primitive shaders, no NGG, DSBR... Not a surprise, but damn, they're working hard on useless things imo...

I am not a fan of the decision to abandon the custom temperature target. I found that more intuitive and way easier instead of setting a manual temperature/fan curve. From my testing with BF1 so far I've noticed that the card needs a bit more voltage, my undervolt was consistently stable with the old driver with 975 mV (now +10 mV). But it is just a 4 Watts difference and still 37 Watts below the default level.

Guessing they changed the underlying controls again or the OverDrive AP in some fashion. Strange to hear 21:9 VSR would be locked to RX series too, 5120x2880 requires Polaris or Vega but I don't see why 3440x1440 would need VSR although *from* 3440x1440 to higher might be above what the earlier GPU's cap out at. EDIT: Also auto overclocking might cause a crash the first time it's used. https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/a5tfil/adrenalin_2019_edition_18122/ And for the fan curve settings still trying to learn more on this, reminds me of MSI Afterburner but it seems a bit more locked as I can't find a way to add or remove "points" for tuning the curve and there's five or so defaults I can slide around for various temps and settings. Zero fan can also be disabled to keep the fans spinning even at idle activity or low temperature and total temperature is 72 degrees Celsius for Vega now from what the curve looks like and not 85 degrees Celsius as before though that probably just means for the graph and nothing really changed for the hardware itself. 🙂 EDIT: And as for profiles nothing for Crossfire but several DXX ones were updated. Star Wars Battlefront 2 World in Conflict Far Cry 2 Unigine Heaven Dirt 2 Firefox Civilization V Fear 3 Batman Arkham City Deus Ex Human Revolution Medal of Honor Warfighter Battlefield 3 Battlefield 4 Saints Row 3 SimpleD3D10 Battlefield Hardline Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Dragon Age Inquisition Ashes of Singularity Deus Ex Mandkind Divided Assassin's Creed Odyssey New: VR Score Skyharbor Just Cause 4
I have no problem with 3840x2160 even though it not 21:9 and most games run around 20-30fps. but guess back to using CRU...... I gota stop looking forward towards things. I keep getting disappointed.......

By the way, the annoying bug that Wattman loses my custom undervolt settings after a suspend/resume cycle is still there.

Suggested WattMan Settings (for Optimal Temps & Performance) Initial testing shows +4-5FPS on LOWs 0.01% in SotTR Bench scene (was 58/59 now same spot 63/64 FPS) Thats Nice TBF, also Max FPS is now a lot better, Im using Chill at 64-70FPS (so now it stays at Chill bracket 😀 ) Now im going to Test in 3Dmark 😎 UPD. (I have beaten my overal by 200pts, but still only 28k) -> https://www.3dmark.com/fs/17414304 -> https://www.3dmark.com/fs/17414405 I need to test it right (With ReLive totally disabled) im optimistic that 28.5k can be done with this one 😀 Note: Adrenalin OSD now working perfectly (Yes everything is working as intended -> That's hudge IMO, in SotTR i have 154->234tW, it shows even spikes lol) Note no.2 As for Stability -> Yes this is foundation they can build our drivers in Years to come. Not a single Lock-up, when testing 3Dmark (Yes i go nuts with Low V 😉) Overall, im Happy: BF1, BF V, FH3 & FM7 HoMM VII will be tested later 😛 UPD. no2 BF V Multi, Game working Fine (don't need to turn OFF ReLive, also don't need to Turn OFF FRT) HoMM VII, a notch better Performance for tW (was 147tW, is 124tW) FH3 & FM7 DX12 Flawless like always and a notch better tW (~5-9%) http://i66.tinypic.com/1z39jf8.jpg
https://www.techpowerup.com/img/2m4bXnrADzQm46oC.jpg
i prefer this new curve in some game the gpu runs 60+ degrees because the fan was 1100rpm, i prefer the fan running silently at 1300+ running the gpu cooler

Is anyone else having trouble adjusting Custom Fan control on MSI AB? I can't seem to enable user defined fan control, sure I can adjust it in AB control panel, but it is not working.
Works fine here, just tested it. But funnily enough, I could not find "Auto-OC/Undervolting" in WattMan.

Same here. I can't see it either.

AMD Settings will not launch for me. The Host service is running and the tray icon loaded, just can't be opened.

Did AMD include the Fury cards? My Fan profile is still the same as before. No fan curve adjustments available.

R9 series are officially abandoned. Support and legacy mode only from now on. Live with it.

If that were the case there is no need to include in the release notes.

Only for VEGAs, at this point. Polaris support should be on the next 1-2 releases (along with some bug fixes). For R9s etc...I don't have a clue.
