I quit playing warzone 3-4 months ago but when I did play the only time that I got stuttering was with anti lag enabled and/or boost enabled. Without those 2 options the game was running smooth with every driver. Played on a 6700XT and I also played on a 5700XT. Same problems with anti lag every single time that I enabled it with different drivers. Just disable everything in the graphics tab just to be sure. Is your GPU running hot ( above 100C junction)? Do you have windows full with bloatware ? Do you have the Xbox overlay enabled ? Did you overclock the VRAM? Idk there could be many potential issues. Double check everything just to be sure it's not on your end. If nothing works I would report to AMD with a recorded gameplay video with some frame time graph that shows the stuttering...and pray that they fix it.
